Do you include NZ made products in your Gift Boxes?
Yes we include only NZ made OR designed products. How lucky are we to have some incredible businesses right here in New Zealand.
Does my KYND Gift Boxes come with a gift card?
Yes absolutely, write your message at the Checkout process and we will handwrite the message and place it on top. Our Gift Cards are designed in NZ with InkBomb. You choose the design at checkout. If there is something more specific you would like please write it in the message section and we will try our best to match.
Can I custom make my own Gift Box?
YES of course. Please send us a detailed message with the items HERE

Can I place a Corporate order or Bulk Order?
Absolutely. Please click this link HERE
Do you deliver nationwide?
YES. We partner with Gosweetspot and use Courierpost most of the time. Please see our delivery prices HERE.
All Gift Boxes must be signed for on delivery. Please ensure someone is home. Those that have ordered Alcohol Gift Boxes must be 18+ and will need to show ID to the driver and sign.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes we do. Choose this option at the checkout process
What if my Gift Box arrives damaged?
From time to time this may happen. We trust our delivery drivers will take care on route, however if this does happen please email us at orders@kyndgiftboxes.co.nz within 3-5 days with clear photos.
