We make it easy to send thoughtful gift boxes anywhere in New Zealand. From Auckland to the South Island, your KYND Gift Boxes will be carefully packed and dispatched with delivery options to suit your needs.

SAME DAY DISPATCH
Need your gift delivery on its way quickly? Orders placed before 1pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery times below are estimated from the day your order is dispatched and vary depending on your destination.
DELIVERY FEES & TIME FRAMES
AUCKLAND
Auckland City - $10.00 - 1–2 business days following dispatch. Non-rural addresses only.
Auckland Rural - $13.00 - 2–3 business days following dispatch.
NORTH ISLAND
North Island - $15.00 - 1–2 business days following dispatch. Non rural addresses only.
North Island Rural - $19.00 - 2-3 business days following dispatch.
SOUTH ISLAND
South Island - $23.00 - 2-3 business days following dispatch. Non rural addresses only.
CHOOSING YOUR DISPATCH DATE
The date you select at checkout is the date your order leaves KYND Gift Boxes in Auckland, not the date it arrives with your recipient.
You can choose a dispatch date up to three months in advance, making it easy to plan ahead for birthdays, celebrations, anniversaries and other special occasions.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your gift on its way.
Please allow the delivery time listed above after your dispatch date. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and courier volumes.
PACKING AND PROCESSING TIMES
Gift box orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. If you need your gift box delivered urgently please get in touch and we'll do our best to help - additional costs may apply.
Please note delivery timeframes are estimates provided by NZ Post and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and public holidays. We recommend ordering your New Zealand gifts early during peak seasons.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your delivery directly on the NZ Post website at nzpost.co.nz
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Signature Required
All KYND Gift Boxes require a signature on delivery to help ensure your gift arrives safely. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
If nobody is home, NZ Post will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a depot.
All orders containing alcohol must be signed for by someone aged 18 years or older.
Delivery Address
Please double check your delivery address at checkout. KYND Gift Boxes is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering.
PO Boxes
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Whether you're in Australia, the UK, the USA or elsewhere around the world, we makes it easy to send a thoughtful New Zealand gift from afar.
KYND Gift Boxes delivers within New Zealand only. We don't ship internationally, but customers overseas are welcome to order online using a New Zealand delivery address.
All orders are dispatched from Auckland, and payment is processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
