At KYND Gift Boxes we want your gift box delivery NZ-wide to arrive beautifully and on time. Here's everything you need to know about our gift box and hamper delivery across New Zealand.
AUCKLAND
Auckland Metro (City) - $10.00 - 1–2 days following dispatch. Non-rural addresses only.
Auckland Rural - $13.00 - 2–3 days following dispatch.
Auckland Saturday - $15.00 - Non rural addresses only.
NORTH ISLAND
North Island - $15.00 - 1–2 days following dispatch. Non rural addresses only.
North Island Rural - $19.00 - 2–3 days following dispatch.
North Island Saturday - $25.00 - Non rural addresses only.
SOUTH ISLAND
South Island - $25.00 - 2–3 days following dispatch. Non rural addresses only.
South Island Rural - $28.00 - 2–5 days following dispatch.
South Island Saturday - $60.00 - Non rural addresses only.
Express Delivery Overnight - $40.00 - Non rural addresses only.
FREE DELIVERY
Enjoy free delivery on all orders over $185. Orders under $185 will incur a standard delivery fee at checkout.
CHOOSING YOUR DISPATCH DATE
Please note that the delivery date selected at checkout is the date your order leaves our store - not the date it arrives with your recipient. You are able to order 2 months in advance.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with your tracking details so you can follow your gift on its way.
Please allow additional time for delivery once your order has been dispatched - delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location within New Zealand.
PACKING AND PROCESSING TIMES
Orders placed before 1pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day from our Auckland studio. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
Gift box orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. If you need your gift box delivered urgently please get in touch and we'll do our best to help - additional costs may apply.
Please note delivery timeframes are estimates provided by NZ Post and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and public holidays. We recommend ordering your New Zealand gifts early during peak seasons.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your delivery directly on the NZ Post website at nzpost.co.nz
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Signature Required All KYND Gift Boxes require a signature on delivery to ensure your gift arrives safely. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address. If nobody is home NZ Post will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or depot pickup.
Alcohol Orders All orders containing alcohol must be signed for by someone aged 18 years or older.
Delivery Address Please double check your delivery address at checkout. KYND Gift Boxes is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering.
PO Boxes We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Delays KYND Gift Boxes is not responsible for delays caused by NZ Post or incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Please note: KYND Gift Boxes delivers within New Zealand only. We do not ship internationally. All gift boxes are delivered to a New Zealand address only.
We welcome orders from international buyers - simply enter your New Zealand recipient's delivery address at checkout and we'll take care of the rest!
All orders are dispatched from Auckland with same-day dispatch available on weekdays for orders placed before 1pm NZST. Payment is processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
