Gift Box returns NZ
At KYND Gift Boxes, every gift box is prepared with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are perishable, personalised, or custom-made, our returns policy is slightly different from regular retail.

CHANGE OF MIND
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or provide refunds if you change your mind after purchase.
Please choose carefully before confirming your order.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDER
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly please provide:
Your order number
Photos of the damage or error
A description of the issue
Once reviewed we will either:
Replace the affected product, or
Offer a full or partial refund at our discretion
Gift Box returns NZ.
PERISHABLE AND PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Due to health and safety regulations we cannot accept returns of food, alcohol, skincare, or any perishable items.
Personalised or custom-made gift boxes are non-refundable unless faulty.
LATE DELIVERIES
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.
We cannot provide refunds for delays outside our control - for example courier delays, weather disruptions, or public holidays.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear depending on your bank.
